Mr. Kristian Teider, (the happy and proud father of three), CEO and founder of UATL® Corporation welcomes you at the corporate website.
The corporation and its teams follows the transparent strategy, the ISO standards and good professional ethics in all possible ways and meanings.
UATL® Corporation is designed, established and developed by Mr. Teider in 1989 based on his family fund and after 30 hard-working years represents 42 own successful companies and solid infrastructure for legal and financial services internationally.

Legal department is developed and constantly supervised personally by Mr. Teider as his first graduation was law and second degree is in history of economy.
The traditions of several generations of lawyers and judges plus his private library with over 6000 antique classic legal books in original (mostly 19th and 18th century) allows him to have the solid ground floor for his legal and business projects.

Theoretical and scientific work of Mr. Teider and his colleagues today represents two books on final:
1. “Handling the post-traumatic syndromes of underage victims witnessing” is research in the field of victimology.
2. “The colors of lie, the smell of fear and the test of truth” is philosophical work to recognize the borders between the individuality as a fact and individualism as a factors.

The scientific work of Mr. Teider and his professional team of experts helps to operate corporate subsidiaries and scientific projects successfully.

Last year came with five new projects, including documentary and educational movie studio, the pharmaceutical factory and scientific geo-ecological research project of humidity affect to heat lenses in the desserts.
The first half of the year 2019 came up with the new certified and fully equipped aviation facility in the KDED private airport.
The company KAZMED24 were stared to work with medical patents internationally and international medical students magazine ISSM24 were launched.
The certified aviation mechanic, avionic engineer, engine mechanic, airframe mechanic and flight new pilot pilot/flight instructor were joined our aviation department this year to keep airworthy corporate fleet of 5 aircrafts.

Established back in 1989 Teider Law Firm is now riced into international structure where its partners are top lawyers and top law firms from USA (Klasko Law LLP, David F. Vedder P.A., R. Patrick Phillips P.A.), Brasil, China, Russia, Germany and UAE.
